General Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return policy for non-custom/stock items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3D Printing Disclaimer (Crucial for your protection)
Please understand that 3D-printed products are manufactured by depositing layers of plastic. Due to the nature of this process, minor surface artifacts, visible layer lines, or slight variations in color/finish are normal characteristics of the product and do not constitute a "defect." We strive for the highest quality, but our items are not mass-produced via injection molding and may have unique aesthetic qualities.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Due to the custom nature of our 3D printing service, items that are printed to order (specifically requested sizes, colors, or custom designs) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please ensure all measurements and design choices are double-checked before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand by the quality of our prints. If you receive an item that is structurally defective (e.g., failed prints, broken parts, or items that do not function as intended) or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at instabl.official@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Required: Please include photos or a short video demonstrating the defect.
- We will evaluate the issue and, if deemed a manufacturing error, we will either provide a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund.
How to Start a Return
To start a return for a non-custom item, contact us at instabl.official@gmail.com.
- If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
