SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to our Shipping Policy! Because our products are uniquely manufactured—often custom-made or printed on demand—here is everything you need to know about how we produce, pack, and ship your orders.

1. Production & Processing Times

Unlike traditional retail, many of our items are printed specifically for you.

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for pre-printed or stock items are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Made-to-Order / Custom Prints: Standard 3D printing production takes 3-5 business days before dispatch, depending on the size, complexity, and print queue.

  • Note: During peak seasons, promotional events, or for exceptionally large custom print jobs, production timelines may extend. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you directly via email or WhatsApp. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

We currently ship to addresses within India only.

To ensure your items arrive safely, we partner with reliable automated shipping aggregators like Shiprocket, utilizing major national couriers (such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and DTDC) to handle local delivery.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Rates are determined based on the actual weight, volumetric dimensions of the 3D-printed item, and your delivery pin code. You will see the final shipping cost before finalizing your payment.

4. Delivery Timelines

Once your order leaves our print facility, transit times depend on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Rest of India: 3 to 7 business days.

  • Remote Regions / North-East India: May take up to 7-10 business days.

Please note: Total time to receive your item = Production Time + Transit Time.

5. Order Tracking

The moment your order is packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment's journey.

6. Shipping Damage & Fragile Items (Important)

3D prints can sometimes feature intricate structures that require careful handling. We take immense care in multi-layered bubble wrapping and boxing your items to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

  • Unboxing Proof: In the rare event that your item arrives broken or damaged due to rough transit, we require an unboxing video or clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging sent to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Once verified, we will fast-track a free replacement print or initiate a refund. Without proof of transit damage within 48 hours, we cannot file a claim with the courier network.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)

If a courier is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect/incomplete address, an unreachable phone number, or the recipient being unavailable after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to our workshop.

  • Prepaid Orders: A re-shipping fee will apply if we need to mail the package out a second time due to customer error.

  • Please double-check your shipping address and pin code carefully before completing your purchase.
