Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES & 3D PRINTING MANUFACTURING CONDITIONS

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return and Replacement Policy.

5.1 3D Printing Aesthetics and Tolerances You acknowledge that 3D printing (Additive Manufacturing) builds items layer-by-layer. Products may exhibit visible layer lines, minor surface artifacts, small blemishes, or slight color variations from the digital preview. These are inherent characteristics of the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects. Dimensional tolerances may vary slightly by up to +/- 0.5mm depending on the material used.

5.2 Material Properties and Customer Usage Disclaimer Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description, our products are intended for decorative, novelty, or low-stress prototyping purposes. Unless expressly designated as "Food-Safe," our 3D printed items are not safe for food contact, consumption, or medical use. We are not liable for product degradation, warping, or failure caused by exposure to environmental factors, including but not limited to high heat (e.g., leaving items inside a hot vehicle), UV light, or high moisture, unless the item was explicitly sold for that environment.

5.3 Client-Submitted 3D Files and Models (If Applicable) If you upload or provide a 3D model (.STL, .OBJ, etc.) for custom printing, you represent and warrant that you hold the legal copyright, trademark, or a valid commercial license for that design. We reserve the right to refuse any print job that we suspect infringes on third-party intellectual property or involves the creation of dangerous, illegal, or regulated items (including but not limited to firearms or functional weapons parts).

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order (such as discovering a submitted 3D model is unprintable or corrupted), we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as 3D file viewers or slicer preview tools) over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Certain content, products and Services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials.

SECTION 9 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

  • To upload, submit, or request the 3D printing of components intended to bypass safety mechanisms, create functional weapons/firearms, or violate local/international manufacturing laws.

  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

SECTION 13 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. The Service and all products delivered to you through the Service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.

In no case shall Instabl Solutions, our directors, officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, personal injury, property damage, or structural failure of a 3D-printed component—arising from your use of any of our products, even if advised of their possibility. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Instabl solutions and our affiliates, partners, officers, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, your violation of any law, or your submission of a 3D model that infringes on a third party’s intellectual property rights.

SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us.

SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service and any policies posted by us on this site constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
